Due to the perishable and made-to-order nature of our baked goods, all sales are final. Sweet Jess Treats does not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds once an order has been prepared or fulfilled.

Please review your order carefully before submitting it, including flavors, quantities, pickup or delivery details, and any special requests.

If there is an issue with your order due to an error on our part, please contact Sweet Jess Treats as soon as possible after receiving your order. We ask that you provide photos of the product and a description of the issue so we can review it.

Shipping: Sweet Jess Treats is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or damage caused by the shipping carrier after an order has been shipped. However, please contact us if you experience a shipping issue so we can assist when possible.
